“主体-技术”协同视角下的战略性新兴产业创新网络分类研究——以新能源汽车产业为例

本文以“主体-技术”协同视角来分析战略性新兴产业创新网络形成的内在机理和分类模式。在结合2-模网络理论基础上，从核心技术和创新主体两个维度出发，将战略性新兴产业创新网络分为单核心实验室型、单核心产业链型、单核心辅助型、单核心复合型、多核心实验室型、多核心产业链型、多核心辅助型和多核心复合型。同时，以中国新能源汽车产业为例，通过实证分析发现：除了单核心辅助型和多核心辅助型之外，其它6种模式均存在，并进一步对其创新网络的分类模式及相关特征进行了全面分析。     

The effects of haze pollution on stock performances: evidence from China

Haze pollution has become the most important environmental issue in China in recent years. Using the data of PM_2.5 concentration and stocks of listed companies located in Beijing between 2010 and 2014, this article investigates the effects of haze pollution on stock performances. Empirical results indicate that haze pollution has significant negative effects on stock returns and significant positive effects on stock volatilities, through the channel of investors’ mood. Furthermore, the effects of haze pollution on stock returns emerge gradually and the effects of haze pollution on stock volatilities weaken gradually over time during a trading day.     

Making the next move: When does the newness of experience matter in overseas sequential entries of multinational companies?

Traditional internationalization models suggest multinational companies (MNCs) can exploit their accumulative experience to facilitate their sequential entries. However, experience may depreciate over time. Thus, obtaining benefits from prior experience for MNCs is based on two critical premises, i.e., interpreting and applying experience correctly. We argue that there is a need to study the newness dimension of experiential learning. In doing so, we aim to explore to what extent the newness of experience matters in overseas sequential entries for MNCs. Moreover, we expect that the benefits from recent experience in guiding sequential entries are contingent on the extent of context similarity between the most recent entry location and sequential entry location and the outcome expectancy of focal entry. With a sample of 112 Chinese listed firms and 410 observations during the period of 2000–2012, we find that else being equal, the newness of experience of MNCs is positively associated with sequential entry and such a relationship is positively moderated both by context similarity in institutional environment and the outcome expectancy of the focal entry. We also compare the effects of the newness of different types of experience and find that the newness of the most recent experience has a larger influence on sequential entry than location-specific experience and general experience.     

新常态下生态农业的发展前景与对策———以河南省为例

农业是我国国民经济的基础,农业可持续发展直接关系到作为国家战略核心的粮食与食品安全问题。在经济社会发展步入新常态形势下,河南省作为我国农业大省在产业发展与结构调整方面坚持以增量带动结构优化、以创新促进产业升级,增量调整与存量优化并举。文章从新常态下生态农业问题入手,分析了人口压力、农业人口素质、劳动力转移风险及科技水平等方面所面临的挑战;并结合河南省当前农业发展的整体态势与发展生态农业的前景,指出在经济发展放缓与农业改革转型压力增强情况下河南省应通过发展生态农业来进一步加快农业现代化步伐,将发展生态农业作为农业工作的重要指标来全盘考虑;提出培育资源节约与环境友好型农业、培育高素质的职业农民、培育贯穿农业生产全过程的社会化服务体系、推进产业融合及发展特色农产品等建议。     

2015:Make-or-break Year for China’s Cross-Border E-Commerce Companies

Iresearch estimates that the volume of China’s cross-border e-commerce accounted for China total export-import volume 11.9%in 2013,up to 14.8%in 2014.By 2017,cross-border e-commerce occupies a proportion of the total amount of China’s foreign trade that is expected to reach about 20%.T-he players shared their different opinions with China’s Foreign Trade.     

基于电子舌传感技术评价不同市售啤酒滋味品质

应用电子舌传感技术和多元统计学方法相结合的手段,本研究对市售6个啤酒品牌下15个样品的滋味品质特征进行综合评价分析。结果表明,评价啤酒品质的8种滋味指标可以划分为三大类,其中第一主成分由酸味、鲜味和鲜味的回味组成;第二主成分由苦味和苦味的回味组成;第三主成分由咸味、涩味和涩味的回味构成。因子分析发现综合得分排名前三的啤酒样品分别为C_1、F_1和E_1。与此同时,通过聚类分析可以将15个不同品牌与类型的啤酒样品按照滋味品质的差异情况分为5类,与现有啤酒市场行情相符。研究说明电子舌传感技术在啤酒品牌区分、品质口感判定和市场分析中具有巨大的应用潜力。     

China Apparel Retail Sales Value +21.79% Y/Y in Jul.

China Jul.-Apparel retail sales value in major department stores picked up sharply in Jul. 2011, rising by about 21.79 percent y/y to CNY 10.61 billion, according to China Nation Commercial Information Center. For volume, retail sales volume of apparel products edged up 5.85% y/y to 33.10 million pieces in Jul.

Anti-dumping investigations and measures Last year 40 initiations of new anti-dumping investigations relating to the textile and apparel sector were made on China’s exports.The number of initiations remained unchanged compared with the numbers reported for 2009.The Members reporting the highest number of new initiations during Jan.- Dec. 2010 were the United States,reporting 11 new initiations,followed by India, reporting 7 new initiations,the European Union and Turkey(5 each).Concerning reporting the highest number of new initiations on China’s exports in recent years,India came at the top of the list.The data reported above are taken from the report of the PRC Ministry of Commerce.     

转型期捷克福利体系改革及对中国的启示

捷克福利体系由社会保险、家庭政策和社会救助三部分组成。通过对转型期捷克福利体系三个组成部分实施的改革进行分析得出结论：尽管捷克福利模式没有实施养老金私有化等自由主义倾向明显的改革措施，但总体上仍然向着盎格鲁撒克逊自由主义福利模式转变，国家责任逐渐减少，市场力量逐步增强。结合捷克改革过程中的经验提出对中国养老金改革的一点建议。
